Osazik is an AI-powered music generation platform that allows users to create original music from text descriptions or lyrics.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all music created using our platform. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your content as part of operating the service (for example, if you choose to make a song public).

Generating music consumes credits, purchased through our packages or granted at signup under the terms in effect at the time. Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire.

Osazik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
